Managing low-level concerns

MyConcern also helps your school to manage low-level concerns, supporting you to develop an open culture where problematic behaviours are identified early, minimising the risk of abuse.

Low-level concerns may include adults being overly friendly with children, taking photos of children on personal mobile phones, using inappropriate language, or showing favouritism.

  • I love the security aspect of it, I feel much more confident that we are keeping a secure database, it also allows you to record things and categorise things much more clearly, and that allows analysis of trends and patterns. I really like playing around with the reporting tool just to see what numbers of reports or self-reports we get.
