They must be fair for everyone in the school community..... Pupils, teachers, parents, caretakers, office staff etc.

Could: A Grade Discuss these rights with reference to one country where they might not be
guaranteed.
Students will learn why children's rights exist. They will be able to explain cases where children do not have rights. They will judge and reflect upon why children’s rights are not always protected and what can be done about this.

Homework/Extension
People migrate to the UK from all over the world and they come
for many different reasons.
Some aren’t allowed to come in, some stay for a short while and
some settle and start families.
We are going to be looking at some case studies to see how
migrants to the UK are treated.
