4 worksheets to give your students practice in reading, writing and speaking about films and their opinion of them. The worksheets are excellent to set as in-class activities, extension tasks, to use as assessment tasks or to set as homeworks to reinforce what has been taught and practised in the lesson. They provide opportunities for students to translate to and from the TL, a skill which is now a requirement of the new GCSE examination. 1 vocabulary sheet to support learning. 1 crossword puzzle with clues in French to test reading comprehension skills. 2 ppts introduce key vocabulary, verbs and grammar from unit 2, J'ai une passion pour le cinéma and practise skills similar to those on the accompanying worksheets. I made the 'shared' ppt. and uploaded it to the student shared area for my students to do in one of the school's IT rooms. This resource has been designed with attention to detail and is at least as nicely presented as any you might buy from a respectable publisher. Please don't be put off by the preview image which looks as though lines are missing from tables etc. This is not the case as the actual resource looks professional in appearance when downloaded. The Perfect Tense of regular 'avoir' verbs in French. Worksheets and a ppt.

(0)
The ppt. (which contains some fun elements) gives a very clear, straight-forward explanation of how to form the Perfect Tense of regular ER, RE and IR verbs in French. It starts from basics and gradually builds up the blocks which are used to form this tense. Many of the exercises on the ppt. complement those which appear on the 4 accompanying worksheets. . The 4 worksheets aim to help students improve their understanding and application of the Perfect Tense in French. The tasks deal with subject pronouns, the verb 'avoir', the formation of a regular 'ER', 'RE' and 'IR' past participle and the negative Perfect Tense. To demonstrate the Perfect Tense I have used the verbs and vocabulary from Module 2; Studio book 2. The ppt. and worksheets can also be bought separately. Please don't be put off by the preview image which looks as though lines are missing from tables. This is not the case with the actual resource which looks professional in appearance when downloaded.
